Role Overview
We are hiring an SEO Expert with 2-4 years of experience who has strong practical knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO, content optimization, local SEO, off-page SEO, and SEO reporting. The candidate should also be familiar with advanced search optimization areas such as AI SEO, AEO, GEO, Semantic SEO, Entity SEO, structured data, and AI-driven search visibility.
Key Responsibilities
1. SEO Strategy & Execution
- Plan and execute SEO strategies for websites across different industries, locations, and business models
- Conduct detailed keyword research based on search intent, competition, conversion potential, and business priorities
- Prepare keyword mapping plans for service pages, blogs, landing pages, category pages, and location-based pages
- Optimize web pages for target keywords, topical relevance, semantic coverage, user intent, and conversion goals
- Monitor keyword rankings, traffic, impressions, clicks, CTR, indexing status, and organic performance trends
- Prepare monthly SEO reports with clear insights, completed work, current issues, ranking movement, and next action plans
.2. Technical SEO
- Perform technical SEO audits using tools such as Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Sitebulb, and Page Speed Insights
- Identify and recommend fixes for crawling, indexing, canonical tags, redirects, broken links, orphan pages, duplicate content, sitemap.xml, robots.txt, and site architecture issues
- Review Core Web Vitals, including LCP, CLS, INP, mobile usability, page speed, render-blocking resources, and performance bottlenecks
- Coordinate with development teams to implement SEO recommendations correctly and validate fixes after deployment
- Review structured data, URL structure, internal linking, crawl depth, breadcrumbs, pagination, and faceted navigation where applicable
.3. On-Page SEO & Content Optimizatinm
- Optimize meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, image alt text, internal links, content structure, and page copy
- Improve content quality based on E-E-A-T, search intent, topical depth, readability, trust signals, and user experience
- Prepare SEO-friendly content briefs for blogs, service pages, landing pages, FAQs, and location pages
- Identify content gaps and suggest new content opportunities based on competitor analysis and search demand
- Optimize existing content to improve ranking stability, CTR, organic visibility, and lead generation performance
.4. Advanced SEO: AI SEO, AEO, GEO, Semantic SEO & Entity SEO
- Work on Semantic SEO by improving topic clusters, entity coverage, contextual relevance, topical authority, and content depth
- Implement Entity SEO strategies to strengthen brand recognition, service relevance, authoritativeness, and knowledge graph readiness
- Optimize content for AEO - Answer Engine Optimization, including featured snippets, People Also Ask, FAQ-based answers, concise answer blocks, and conversational search queries
- Support GEO - Generative Engine Optimization to improve visibility in AI search experiences such as AI Overviews, ChatGPT-style responses, Gemini, Perplexity, and other LLM-driven platforms
- Recommend improvements for AI visibility, citation readiness, structured content, FAQ optimization, entity relevance, and source authority
- Use AI tools responsibly for SEO research, content planning, topic ideation, SERP analysis, competitor review, and workflow automation
.5. Off-Page SEO & Authority Building
- Support backlink analysis, competitor backlink research, link-building planning, guest posting, digital PR, and outreach strategy
- Identify relevant authority-building opportunities, citations, niche placements, and brand mention opportunities
- Monitor referring domains, toxic backlinks, anchor text distribution, link quality, and backlink growth trends
- Coordinate with content and outreach teams for off-page SEO execution and link quality validation
6. Local SEO
- Optimize Google Business Profile listings for better local search and map visibility
- Work on local keywords, location pages, local citations, reviews, NAP consistency, service areas, and local landing pages
- Track local rankings and suggest improvements for location-based SEO performance
- Support local SEO strategies for city-specific, area-specific, and multi-location campaigns
- Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals, including technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, local SEO, and content SEO
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner, Page Speed Insights, Looker Studio, and rank tracking tools
- Good understanding of AI SEO, AEO, GEO, Semantic SEO, Entity SEO, E-E-A-T, topical authority, and structured data
- Ability to analyze website issues and convert them into clear, practical, developer-friendly SEO recommendations
