Performance Marketing Executive (Google Ads & Meta Ads)

Gurugram (On-site) | Full-Time

Up to ₹4.8 LPA (Based on skills, experience, and performance)

Adloft is looking for a data-driven and result-oriented Performance Marketing Executive who has hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. If you're passionate about driving measurable growth, optimizing campaigns, and generating quality leads through paid advertising, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, You Tube, and Remarketing).
- Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for leads, conversions, ROAS, and cost efficiency.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and A/B testing.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API.
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing page strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid advertising.

What We're Looking For

- 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager.

- Experience with conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and campaign performance analysis.
- Good knowledge of keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and remarketing.
- Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
