Manager – Performance Media (E-commerce)

We are looking for a Manager – Performance Media with strong experience in driving growth and performance campaigns for e-commerce brands. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in managing paid media across marketplaces and digital platforms, with a deep understanding of customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and ROAS-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth for e-commerce businesses.
Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In, X (Twitter), and e-commerce advertising platforms.
Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns to achieve key business KPIs including ROAS, CAC, sales, and customer acquisition.
Analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights to improve efficiency and scale performance.
Leverage audience segmentation, first-party data, and analytics tools to enhance targeting and campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and platform partners to ensure seamless execution and reporting.
Manage budgets effectively and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Stay updated on emerging trends in e-commerce, retail media, and performance marketing.
Preferred Experience:
Experience working with e-commerce brands, D2C brands, or retail clients.
Familiarity with retail media and marketplace advertising platforms such as Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Myntra Ads, Nykaa Ads, Ajio Ads, and other commerce media ecosystems.
Strong understanding of conversion funnels, attribution models, customer journeys, and performance metrics.
