Senior Manager – Paid Media
About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Manager – Paid Media to own and scale our performance marketing efforts across Google and Meta platforms. This is a high-ownership role where you will be responsible for strategy, execution, and continuous optimisation of paid campaigns that directly impact business growth and revenue.
You will work closely with creative, analytics, and business teams to ensure campaigns are efficient, measurable, and aligned with commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, build, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, You Tube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to meet business KPIs.
Drive performance and sales-led campaigns with a focus on ROI, ROAS, CPL, and other relevant conversion metrics.
Manage and optimise Google Merchant Center product feeds for Shopping and PMax campaigns.
Set up, maintain, and audit conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM) to ensure data accuracy across all campaigns.
Monitor, analyse, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, platform dashboards, and custom reporting tools; deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
Own campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad scheduling to maximise efficiency and return.
Conduct regular A/B testing on creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting to continuously improve performance.
Collaborate with content and design teams to brief and review ad creatives aligned with campaign goals.
Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, beta features, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability building within the performance marketing function.
Requirements
3–4 years of proven, hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns at scale, preferably within a digital agency or high-growth brand environment.
Strong command of Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, Shopping, You Tube), Meta Ads Manager, and Google Merchant Center.
Proficiency in Google Tag Manager for conversion tracking, event setup, and tag auditing.
Solid grounding in Google Analytics (GA4) for campaign attribution, audience analysis, and performance reporting.
Experience managing sizable monthly ad budgets with a demonstrated track record of hitting ROAS and CPL targets.
Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and numerical skills; confident working with large datasets to draw clear, actionable conclusions.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and client accounts simultaneously without compromising on quality or deadlines.
Strong attention to detail with a genuine passion for measurable, outcome-oriented work.
Familiarity with platforms such as Linked In Ads, Twitter/X Ads, or programmatic tools is a plus.
Prior experience in industries such as eCommerce, Real Estate, Healthcare, Fintech, or EdTech is advantageous.
