Role Summary
- The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of OT SOC/NOC implementation projects across control centres, substations, plants, utilities, oil & gas, and critical infrastructure environments. The role requires strong project management discipline, PMP-based execution capability, and practical understanding of OT cybersecurity implementation in brownfield and greenfield environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, kick-off, mobilization, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Review tender/contract scope, BOQ, technical specifications, milestones, risks, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
Prepare and manage project schedule, resource plan, communication matrix, risk register, issue tracker, and progress reports.
Coordinate with customer, OEMs, subcontractors, internal engineering teams, site teams, and management.
Manage implementation of OT SOC/NOC components including SIEM, SOAR, IDS/NDR, log collectors, VA, EDR/HIPS, NMS, ITSM, firewalls, routers, switches, servers, storage, backup, patch management, IAM, and data diode solutions.
Oversee site surveys, engineering, HLD/LLD, integration design, FAT, installation, commissioning, SAT, SAVT, training, and final handover.
Ensure project execution without disruption to live OT operations.
Track site readiness, material delivery, installation progress, punch points, testing status, and customer signoffs.
Ensure compliance with applicable OT cybersecurity standards such as IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CERT-In guidelines, and customer-specific security requirements.
Manage change requests, scope deviations, project risks, escalations, documentation, and payment milestone tracking.

Required Capabilities
- Strong experience in managing cybersecurity, OT, SOC/NOC, IT infrastructure, control centre, substation, or critical infrastructure implementation projects.
Working knowledge of OT networks, SCADA/control systems, industrial communication environments, and brownfield deployment challenges.
Ability to manage multi-vendor and multi-site implementation projects.
Understanding of OT SOC architecture, log onboarding, IDS sensor deployment, asset discovery, vulnerability assessment, network segmentation, and security monitoring workflows.
Good knowledge of project governance, stakeholder management, reporting, documentation control, quality, safety, and acceptance processes.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive timely delivery under contractual timelines.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field.
PMP Certification is required. IEC 62443, ISO 27001, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, CEH, or OEM cybersecurity certifications will be an added advantage.
