About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven AI Product Manager to lead the development and scaling of AI-powered products and solutions. This role requires a unique combination of product thinking, business acumen, technical understanding of AI/ML, and execution excellence.
The ideal candidate is an alumnus of a premier institute such as IIT, IIM, ISB, BITS Pilani, or equivalent top-tier institution , with a proven track record of building and launching technology products that create measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven products.
Identify high-impact opportunities where AI and Generative AI can solve customer and business problems.
Work closely with engineering, data science, design, and business teams to translate ideas into scalable products.
Develop product requirements, user stories, success metrics, and go-to-market plans.
Drive product development from concept to launch and continuous improvement.
Analyze user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes to inform product decisions.
Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to align product priorities with business goals.
Monitor product performance and drive adoption, engagement, and revenue growth.
Ensure responsible AI practices, compliance, privacy, and governance standards are maintained.
Required Qualifications
Graduate or Postgraduate from IIT, IIM, ISB, BITS Pilani, or other premier institutions .
4–10 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in AI-driven products.
Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and automation technologies .
Experience managing products from ideation through launch and scale.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively with highly technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building AI-powered platforms, copilots, chatbots, recommendation engines, or workflow automation products.
Familiarity with AI ecosystems, APIs, cloud platforms, and modern AI tooling.
Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in fast-growing startups or high-growth technology companies.
MBA from a premier institution is a plus.
