Triple P India (TPI) is a strategic extension of the firm's platform, established to build a high-quality team that operates as an integrated part of U.S.

-based teams. Professionals in TPI are involved in live engagements from the outset, contributing to analysis, execution and client deliverables in coordination with colleagues across the firm. The platform is designed to provide meaningful responsibility, direct exposure to senior leadership and long-term growth in a high-performance environment.

The Commercial Strategy team is responsible for optimizing the firm's go-to-market strategy, commercial operations and business development infrastructure. The team partners closely with firm leadership and practice leaders to drive revenue growth, enhance client engagement, improve pipeline visibility and strengthen decision-making through technology, data and process optimization. By leveraging platforms such as Intapp Deal Cloud and related business systems, the Commercial Strategy team delivers scalable solutions that improve collaboration, increase operational efficiency and support the firm's continued expansion.

The Vice President, CRM Enablement & Adoption is the strategic owner of the firm's core Commercial Enablement (CE) platform, serving as the system of record for business development, client relationship management and pipeline intelligence. Reporting to the local Head of CE, this role is responsible for ensuring Deal Cloud is scalable, governed, integrated and continuously optimized to support the firm's growth strategy.

This Vice President treats Deal Cloud as an enterprise product with a defined roadmap, governance standards and evolving business priorities. Responsibilities include platform configuration, workflow optimization, data integrity, integrations, vendor management and enhancement requests intake and prioritization. The Vice President, CRM Enablement & Adoption partners closely with Commercial Strategy, Marketing, Practice Leadership, Data Analytics and IT to deliver scalable solutions that improve user adoption, operational efficiency and commercial insights.

This role also supports select commercial operations activities, including reporting enablement, process documentation, dashboard development and user training. Success is measured by platform reliability, data quality, roadmap execution, user adoption and the degree to which the firm trusts Deal Cloud as a critical tool for driving growth and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior team members to develop and maintain a product roadmap that reflects Commercial Strategy objectives and priorities while incorporating ongoing stakeholder feedback
Serve as the Product Owner for Intapp Deal Cloud, managing the platform from both a business and technical perspective, including configuration, workflows, permissions, page layouts, user access governance and all integrations
Partner with Marketing and Commercial Strategy leadership to ensure alignment across platforms, support customer segmentation, audience targeting, lifecycle management and journey orchestration through connected platform data
Evaluate and implement enhancements, automation opportunities and third-party solutions that improve platform functionality and user experience
Define and enforce data governance standards across Deal Cloud, including data definitions, required fields, workflow controls and usage protocols, maintaining integrity through recurring audits, exception reporting and deduplication
Ensure platform data supports accurate reporting, pipeline visibility, account planning and commercial analytics, collaborating with Data Analytics, Marketing and Account Teams to drive reporting consistency and actionable insights
Support Commercial Enablement leadership with dashboard development and operational analysis
Document workflows, business processes and SOPs to drive consistency, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency
Support user onboarding, training and adoption initiatives to maximize platform utilization
Share and manage best practices as well as lead internal trainings where required
Support talent acquisition and firm development efforts
