Job Descriptio
nWe are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidat
ewith expertise in machine learning algorithms, data modeling, and cloud deployment on AWS
.This role involves extracting actionable insights from complex datasets to inform strategic busines
sdecisions
.
Key Responsibilities
● Data Collection & Preparation:
Identify, acquire, and preprocess structured and unstructur
eddata from various sources to ensure data quality and integrity.
● Data Analysis & Modeling:
Employ statistical methods and machine learning algorithms
toanalyze large datasets, uncover trends, and develop predictive models that address busine
sschallenges.
● AWS Cloud Deployment:
Implement ML pipelines using AWS services (Sage Mak
er,Lambda, S3, EC2, Redshif
t).
● Data Visualization:
Utilize data visualization tools to present complex findings in
anaccessible and actionable manner to stakeholde
rs.

Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, prod
uctdevelopment, and business units, to align data-driven insights with organizational objectiv
es.
● Continuous Learning:
Stay abreast of the latest developments in data science, mach
inelearning, and related technologies to ensure the application of cutting-edge techniqu
es.
Key Tech Stack & Skills.
Technical Skills
● Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
● Experience with machine learning frameworks and cloud-based deployments.
● Hands-on experience with model development (Random Forest, XGBoost).
● Domain expertise in Banking, Payments, or Fraud detection.
Required Education & Experi
ence
●
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a field such as Engineering, Computer Science, or a rel
atedtechnical field.

Experience:
3 to 5 years of relevant experience
