Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant – OTL (Oracle Time & Labor)

We are seeking an experienced  Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant  with strong expertise in  Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) . The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support for Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor implementations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Time & Labor processes.
Configure and implement Oracle Time & Labor solutions based on business needs.
Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions.
Prepare functional design documents and configuration workbooks.
Support data migration, integrations, testing, and user training activities.
Collaborate with technical teams for reports, interfaces, and extensions.
Perform SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.
Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.
Stay updated with Oracle HCM Cloud quarterly releases and new OTL features.
Mandatory Skills
Minimum 4+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud Functional experience.
Hands-on expertise in  Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) .
Strong understanding of Time & Attendance and Workforce Management processes.
Experience in configuration, implementation, and support projects.
Knowledge of HCM data structures, security, and reporting.

Experience with time entry rules, approval workflows, time calculation rules, and scheduling concepts.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
