Responsibilities:
Knowledge of ERP, CRM, CPM and other enterprise platforms
Previous professional consulting firm experience, advising on digital adoption automation and efficiencies
Previous experience with implementing technologies and migrating clients to SaaS/cloud environments.
Knowledge of enterprise architecture concepts across all domains
Basic understanding of IT application lifecycle, general IT controls and methods
Experience in developing Target Operating Models for clients
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% throughout North America
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
Ability to anticipate and address client concerns and issues
Demonstrated work ethic and ability to work effectively with people at all levels
Ability to break complex issues into project steps and problem solve

Experience with various software solutions including Microsoft Project, Visio, PowerPoint and Word
Strong data manipulation skills utilizing Excel
Database knowledge (Microsoft SQL, and/or Access)
Previous experience with operational process reviews and basic internal control requirements

Required Qualifications:

3-6 years’ experience in process intelligence, digital transformation and/or software management, preferably working in a platform agnostic environment
Strong communication skills
Highly self-motivated
Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to apply theoretical concepts and best practices to solve business problems
Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) or Business Information Systems (BIS)
