Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Gurgaon. The Sales Engineer will work closely with prospective and existing customers to understand technical requirements, demonstrate product capabilities, and provide pre- and post-sales technical support. Daily responsibilities include preparing and delivering technical presentations, collaborating with the sales team to develop proposals, responding to technical inquiries, and supporting customer onboarding and training.

The role also involves gathering customer feedback, coordinating with product and engineering teams to address technical issues, and maintaining strong, professional relationships to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
Strong Sales Engineering and Sales skills, including experience presenting technical solutions and supporting deal closures.
Proficiency in Technical Support and Customer Service, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and guide customers through implementation.
Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, accessible language.
Relevant technical background in Connunication electronics (FPGA based systems), computer science, or related fields; exposure to semiconductor, ML, IoT, or quantum technologies is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related discipline; prior experience in a customer-facing technical role is preferred.
Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Willingness to work on-site in Gurgaon and engage directly with customers and internal stakeholders.
