Working with C-suite stakeholders, you will help enterprises adopt AI-native software delivery at scale and turn transformation ambition into measurable outcomes. You will help enterprises define AI-powered software delivery transformation strategies and translate them into executable approaches, define target state SDLC, create platform and tooling strategy and architecture, engineering productivity measures, delivery operating model change and measurable value realization.
The Practice – A Brief Sketch Technology Strategy & Transformation Practice is a part of Strategy and focuses on our clients’ most strategic priorities. We help clients achieve growth and efficiency through engineering transformation initiatives, aimed at making software delivery powered by AI to bring productivity and quality uplift, resulting in larger enterprise value delivery.
You are:
A portfolio owner and enterprise advisor for reinvention. You set the process-reinvention agenda across accounts, shape enterprise agentic architecture and operating-model change, build the practice, and own the book of business.

* Shape enterprise AI strategy and advise C-suite stakeholders on AI-led business, technology, and functional transformation
.
* Lead executive discovery sessions to identify enterprise AI opportunities and define AI transformation roadmaps, investment priorities, and value realization strategies
.
* Define enterprise AI and data architecture, including AI platform strategy, agentic architectures, enterprise data strategy, data products, semantic layer, and target-state AI capabilities. (with technical depth and agentic system build experience in 1 platform or functional area - GCP, AWS, Snowflake, Data Bricks, Azure, Anthropic
)
* Develop executive business cases, AI maturity assessments, value frameworks, and AI & data roadmaps to accelerate enterprise AI adoption

* Lead multidisciplinary consulting teams across strategy, architecture, data, engineering, and change management while owning executive relationships and client outcomes
.
* Drive practice growth through GTM development, solution innovation, proposal leadership, and AI opportunity origination
