Job Description

Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect to own the alignment between business strategy and enterprise technology direction. The ideal candidate brings deep experience translating executive priorities into a defensible, multi-year technology roadmap; running formal architecture governance (Engineering Design Authority, Architecture Review Board); leading legacy-to-cloud modernization across multiple systems and teams; and identifying overlapping tools and technical debt that inflate cost of ownership.

This role sits above individual product or platform architecture — it requires enterprise-wide ownership of governance, risk, and technology investment, with credibility to operate directly with business leadership and the CXO/board.

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Own alignment between enterprise IT strategy and overall business strategy, translating multi-year executive priorities into a defensible technology investment roadmap.

• Define and maintain the enterprise architecture blueprint — business, application, data, integration, and infrastructure layers — ensuring design coherence across the full platform and product portfolio.

• Establish and enforce enterprise technology governance: standards for tool selection, build-vs-buy decisions, coding practices, reference architectures, and architectural compliance across engineering teams.

• Own enterprise risk management for the technology estate — identify architectural, security, and operational weak spots in current systems and drive remediation plans through to closure.

• Act as the primary technical translator between business leadership and engineering, presenting architecture options, trade-offs, risks, and roadmaps in business terms to executive stakeholders.
