Role Overview :
We are looking for a detail-oriented  Marathi Translator (Freelancer)  to support our AI and data initiatives by translating and localizing content with high accuracy and cultural relevance. This role plays a key part in building high-quality multilingual datasets and user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate content between English and Marathi with high accuracy and clarity
Ensure cultural and contextual relevance in all translations
Review, edit, and proofread translated content for quality and consistency
Follow project-specific guidelines and maintain linguistic standards
Work on a variety of content types (text, datasets, UI content, etc.)
Collaborate with internal teams to improve translation quality and workflows

Required Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Marathi and English (reading, writing, comprehension)
1–3 years of experience in translation, localization, or content-related roles
Excellent grammar, vocabulary, and language skills in Marathi
High attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency
Ability to work independently in a remote setup and meet deadlines
Good to Have:
Prior experience in AI data annotation or localization projects
Familiarity with translation tools (CAT tools, glossaries, style guides)
Background in linguistics, literature, or related fields
Experience handling large volumes of content
