KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Solar Panel Cleaning - Field Support Staff (10th Pass - should be able to use phone)

5 (FIVE) Gurgaon, Haryana — site visits within Gurgaon only ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month (all-inclusive) - No separate transport, food, or accommodation allowance. ESI/PF not separately applicable;
Group Medical Insurance provided by the company. TT, Safety Jacket & Helmet provided. All cleaning material supplied by the company. Permanent localite of Gurgaon (Gurugram) only. Candidates from Delhi or other cities will NOT be considered.

Report to the assigned site in Gurgaon at the scheduled time. A site-wise schedule will be shared in advance so staff can plan their travel.
Carry out manual solar panel cleaning at each assigned site strictly as per the method and training provided by the Advit O&M team.
All cleaning materials and consumables will be supplied by the company — no personal procurement required.
Capture date, time, and location-stamped photographs before and after every cleaning activity and share with the designated supervisor.
Wear all provided safety equipment (TT, safety jacket, helmet etc.) at all times on site and adhere to safety protocols.
Assigned site timings will vary, depending on site and month of the year; staff must follow the communicated schedule for site. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Must be a permanent resident of Gurgaon (Gurugram). Candidates from Delhi or outside Gurgaon will not be shortlisted.
Physically fit for outdoor field work — activity involves climbing and manual cleaning of rooftop solar panels.
Basic smartphone proficiency: ability to click and share geotagged/timestamped photographs.
Willingness to work flexible timings, including early morning shifts during peak summer months.
Prior experience in solar O&M, housekeeping, or outdoor field work is preferred but not mandatory.
