The Role
This role owns the entire US business & end-to-end operations, the mandate is simple but demanding: run, fix, and scale the US revenue engine taking entire control of new additions and retaining existing.
This is not a people-only or execution-only role. We are looking for a systems thinker and operator: someone who can deliver month-on-month revenue while simultaneously redesigning processes, structures, and decision systems to unlock step-change growth.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end US operations and revenue delivery across acquisition, conversion, onboarding, delivery, retention, and renew
.Drive predictable month-on-month revenue while improving efficiency and unit economics.
Identify patterns, constraints, and root causes across the funnel and solve them at a system le
Design and scale processes, operating rhythms, incentives, and org structures that enable
Lead a lean, high-impact team (50 members) with strong accountability.
Use data rigorously to track performance, diagnose issues, and work with cross-functional stakeholders like marketing/curriculum/teacher team to solve inefficiency.
Act as the final owner during escalations, crises, and cross-functional trade.
Who We're Looking for
8+ years of experience in operations, revenue ownership, or general management
At least 3 years in the last organization solving a large, complex problem at scale (growth, turnaround, funnel rebuild, or efficiency transformation.
Strong depth in analytics, structured problem-solving, and system design.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity, high pressure, and high growth environments.
Willing to work US hours and travel to the US for 2-3 months
