Head of Client Services

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced  Head – Client Services  to lead key client accounts, manage end-to-end event delivery, and drive client retention and business growth. The role will involve managing senior stakeholders, understanding client objectives, developing event solutions, and ensuring seamless execution of events and experiential campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Lead  client servicing and account management  for key corporate clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with  CXO, Marketing, Brand, Corporate Communications, HR, and Procurement  stakeholders.
Understand client briefs and translate them into innovative event and experiential solutions.
Manage the complete event lifecycle —  briefing, ideation, budgeting, planning, execution, and post-event evaluation .
Coordinate with creative, production, operations, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
Manage multiple events/projects simultaneously while ensuring timelines, quality, and budgets are met.
Prepare and present  event proposals, concepts, pitch decks, budgets, and presentations .
Handle client negotiations, commercial discussions, scope changes, and escalations.
Drive  account growth, repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling  opportunities.
Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and develop long-term business relationships.
Monitor project profitability, budgets, vendor costs, and overall commercial performance.
Ensure high-quality event execution and timely resolution of on-ground challenges.
Conduct post-event reviews and share performance reports, feedback, and learnings with clients.
Lead, mentor, and develop the client servicing team.
