Production Supervisor

Role Overview

We are looking for a  Production Supervisor  to manage daily production operations, oversee production teams, ensure quality compliance, and achieve production targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily production activities and ensure targets are met on time
Manage production workforce, allocate tasks, and monitor productivity
Ensure adherence to SOPs, hygiene, quality, and safety standards
Coordinate with inventory and operations teams for smooth production flow
Monitor raw material usage, wastage, and production efficiency
Maintain production records, reports, and documentation
Identify operational issues and support process improvements
Ensure discipline and compliance on the production floor

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate / Diploma in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Production, Operations, or related fields preferred
1–2 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or food processing industries
Experience managing blue-collar workforce is preferred
