Overview

The Role Title of  Senior Product Execution  for crocs is responsible for supporting and managing footwear mass production readiness, process stability, and execution excellence at manufacturing partners in India. This role reports to the regional Product Engineering leadership and works closely with Development, Quality, Planning, and factory teams to ensure smooth transition from development to bulk production.  Please note that this role is based out of Chennai.

What You'll Do

Drive footwear mass production execution, ensuring production readiness, process stability, and on-time launch.
Communicate effectively with crocs cross-functional teams (Development, Quality, Costing, Sourcing) and factory partners in English.
Maintain production standards, technical documentation, and process control to ensure consistent product quality
Track mass production issues, risks, and corrective actions, driving closure through cross-functional alignment.

What You'll Bring to the Table

Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in footwear mass production or production engineering management.
Solid background knowledge in footwear manufacturing processes, including injection, assembly, or related production methods.
Fluent English communication skills, able to work with global teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to solve production issues and drive corrective actions effectively.
