Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Production Planner to manage end-to-end production and post-production workflows while serving as a key point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate should be able to coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure timely project delivery, manage resources efficiently, and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage production and post-production schedules across multiple projects.
Coordinate with media, creative, production, post-production, and external vendor teams to ensure seamless execution.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Act as the primary client contact for project updates, feedback, and delivery milestones.
Manage resource allocation and workflow planning to optimize team utilization.
Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
Ensure quality control throughout production and post-production stages.
Maintain project documentation, status reports, and delivery trackers.

Requirements

5-8 years of experience in production planning, project management, or account/client servicing within an agency, production house, or media environment.
Strong understanding of production and post-production workflows.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders, clients, and vendors simultaneously.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in project management and workflow tracking tools.
