We're hiring:
Senior R&D Scientist — Cosmetics & Personal Care

At Aelius Parallel Holdings, we develop and manufacture consumer products built to last in the market — not just on the shelf. We're looking for a formulator who thinks like a scientist and dreams like an artist, ready to push past the standard playbook and bring genuinely new ideas to the bench.

What you'll do:

- Lead formulation and development across our cosmetics and personal care portfolio
- Work hands-on with new-age and next-generation ingredients — actives, bio-based materials, novel delivery systems
- Take products from concept through stability, scale-up, and commercial launch
- Partner with our marketing, procurement, and production teams to turn briefs into finished products
- Stay ahead of where the industry is heading and bring that thinking into our pipeline

What we're looking for:

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on R&D experience in cosmetics / personal care formulation
- Deep working knowledge of modern ingredients, actives, and formulation techniques
- A track record of products that made it to market — not just to the lab notebook
- Someone who rolls up their sleeves, owns the problem, and isn't afraid to challenge the obvious
- Out-of-the-box thinking backed by solid scientific rigor
