We are a boutique data analytics consultancy specialising in the domain of Health Economics
and Outcomes Research (HEOR), pricing, and market access. We provide services to
pharmaceutical and medical device companies as well as support midsize and large
consultancies globally. Our in-house team of expert health economists and systematic
reviewers deliver high-quality work within the stipulated timelines.
About the role
This role will be responsible for growing and strengthening our Evidence Synthesis function, overseeing the delivery of high-quality systematic literature reviews and related HEOR projects. The position combines scientific expertise, project and team management, client engagement, and business development, with a strong focus on delivery excellence, quality, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and lead systematic, targeted, and structured literature reviews, ensuring
methodological rigor, quality, and timely delivery.
- Develop and review literature review protocols, database search strategies, and
evidence synthesis methodologies.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing evidence synthesis team, fostering a culture
of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Establish and uphold quality standards, best practices, and efficient delivery
processes.
- Provide scientific and methodological leadership across evidence synthesis projects.
- Oversee project execution, budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and risk
management.
- Conduct and oversee quality checks to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and scientific
rigor of deliverables.
- Guide the synthesis and interpretation of evidence to support HEOR, pricing, market
access, HTA, and strategic decision-making.
- Lead requests for proposals (RFPs), support business development initiatives, and
identify opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on evidence
synthesis engagements.
- Oversee the development of reports, slide decks, HTA submissions, publications, and
other scientific communications.
- Contribute to thought leadership through publications, conference presentations, and
the adoption of innovative methodologies and best practices.
- Stay current with emerging trends, regulatory developments, and advancements in
HEOR and evidence synthesis.
Qualifications
- We are seeking a Mid-senior level professional with a minimum of 6 years of experience
in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), evidence synthesis, or
related consulting environments.
- Extensive hands-on experience in conducting and leading systematic, targeted, and
structured literature reviews.
- Demonstrated experience supporting and developing Health Technology Assessment
(HTA) submissions.
- Strong knowledge of evidence synthesis methodologies, including meta-analysis and
indirect treatment comparisons (ITC/NMA).
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams, complex projects, and client
engagements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder
management skills.
- A collaborative team player, yet equally adept at working independently.
- Collaborative leadership style with a track record of mentoring and developing high performing
teams.
