Ideal Candidate Profile
8–15 years of experience in product/buying/merchandising within fashion, lifestyle, or accessories.
Strong exposure to D2C and offline retail, preferably in handbags, accessories, footwear, or apparel.
Proven experience owning P&L, scaling categories, and managing multi-channel businesses.
Strong expertise in OTB planning, demand forecasting, pricing, and inventory optimization.
Analytical, commercially sharp, and a strong leader with vendor management and stakeholder handling experience.
