America & Beyond is hiring a Catalogue Manager for our Gurgaon office. The role involves managing product listings across Shopify and Amazon.
The candidate will be responsible for product uploads, catalogue accuracy, image coordination, pricing updates, inventory checks, collection management, marketplace listing fixes, and product launch tracking.
We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, good Excel/Google Sheets skills, Shopify experience, and the ability to coordinate with design, content, photography, production, and ecommerce teams.

Required Skills
2–4 years of experience in ecommerce catalogue management
Experience with Shopify is MUST
Experience with Amazon Seller Central is a strong plus
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
Good understanding of SKUs, variants, product categories, pricing, inventory, and product uploads
High attention to detail
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and follow up consistently
Good written English for product data checking and basic listing edits
Comfortable working with deadlines and launch timelines
Preferred Experience
Experience in fashion apparel, accessories, bags, lifestyle, or retail ecommerce
Understanding of marketplace listing optimization
Basic knowledge of SEO-friendly product titles and descriptions
Experience handling bulk product uploads through CSV files
Familiarity with image requirements for ecommerce platforms
Experience working with US-based ecommerce brands is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Product Catalogue Management:
Create, update, and maintain accurate product listings across Shopify and Amazon.
New Product Launch Coordination:
Coordinate with design, production, photography, content, and ecommerce teams to ensure products go live on time.
Shopify Catalogue Ownership:
Manage product uploads, collections, tags, metafields, SEO fields, pricing, variants, and product availability on Shopify.
Marketplace Listing Management:
Manage and fix listings across Amazon seller central.
Product Content & Image Coordination:
Ensure product descriptions, bullet points, images, size details, utility shots, and craftsmanship visuals are complete and accurate.
Inventory & Pricing Accuracy:
Monitor stock, pricing, discounts, wholesale pricing, sale pricing, and inventory mismatches across all channels.
Data Quality & Reporting:
Maintain product master sheets, audit catalogue data, track listing issues, and share weekly catalogue status updates.
