We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Manager, Wholesale & Marketplace Catalog Operations to lead and execute catalog management for our apparel business based in Gurugram, India. This is an in-office, player-coach role that will initially operate on US business hours to support close collaboration with Sales and Merchandising teams. The manager will oversee product catalogs across Amazon (Seller Central and Vendor Central), Shopify (DTC e-commerce), drop ship partner platforms, and our internal Max B2B wholesale catalog.
This role is responsible for accurately building, maintaining, and optimizing those assortments across platforms using best-in-class catalog tools and processes.
About the Role
The Manager, Wholesale & Marketplace Catalog Operations will lead and execute catalog management for our apparel business.
Responsibilities
Execute and oversee end-to-end catalog creation and maintenance across Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, Shopify, Max B2B, and drop ship partner platforms.
Translate assortment direction from Sales and Merchandising into accurate, platform ready product catalogs.
Manage apparel product data including attributes, variations, sizing, imagery, compliance, and platform-specific requirements.
Optimize Amazon listings using experience with tools such as Helium 10 or other catalog optimization software.
Ensure catalog consistency and data integrity across internally built and external platforms.
Monitor catalog health, resolve errors, and address suppressed or incomplete listings.
Perform hands-on catalog work while reviewing and approving team output to maintain quality standards.
Establish and improve SOPs, workflows, and quality controls for catalog operations.
Lead, mentor, and develop a catalog management team based in Gurugram.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Merchandising, Operations, and Tech teams.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or wholesale catalog management.
Hands-on experience managing Amazon apparel catalogs, including Seller Central and Vendor Central.
Experience using Amazon catalog optimization tools such as Helium 10 or equivalent.
Working knowledge of Shopify product and assortment management.
Experience managing apparel SKUs with complex variation and size structures.
Proven ability to operate as a player-coach, balancing execution with team leadership.
Strong attention to detail and process-driven mindset.
Preferred Skills
Experience supporting wholesale or partner-shopped catalogs.
Experience managing drop ship or third-party partner catalogs.
Apparel or fashion industry background.
