Role Overview
EMORI is seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Business Manager to lead and oversee business operations across multiple stores in Delhi NCR. The role will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, developing high-performing store teams, and maintaining operational excellence across all locations.
The ideal candidate should possess strong luxury retail experience, proven multi-store management expertise, and the ability to drive business performance while upholding the highest standards of brand excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Business & Sales Management
Drive overall sales, profitability, and business growth across all stores within the assigned region.
Monitor store-wise performance and implement action plans to achieve revenue targets.
Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and market opportunities to maximize business potential.
Ensure achievement of key business KPIs including sales, conversion, ATV, UPT, and customer retention.
Multi-Store Operations
Oversee daily operations of all stores and ensure adherence to company SOPs.
Conduct regular store visits and operational audits.
Ensure optimum inventory management, stock control, and loss prevention.
Maintain brand standards, visual merchandising, and store presentation across all locations.
Team Leadership & Talent Development
Lead, mentor, and develop Store Managers and retail teams.
Drive performance management and succession planning initiatives.
Identify training needs and conduct regular coaching sessions.
Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and customer excellence.
Customer Experience & Clienteling
Ensure consistent delivery of premium customer experiences across all stores.
Strengthen customer engagement and relationship management programs.
Support stores in managing VIP and HNI clientele.
Monitor customer feedback and implement corrective actions where required.
Strategic Planning & Reporting
Prepare and review sales forecasts, budgets, and business performance reports.
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, HR, and Merchandising teams to execute business initiatives.
Identify expansion opportunities and contribute to regional growth strategies.
Present periodic business reviews and recommendations to senior leadership.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and statutory regulations.
Monitor cash management, inventory controls, and operational risk management.
Maintain high standards of ethics, integrity, and professionalism across all stores.
Requirements
Qualification & Experience
Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
8–12 years of retail experience with at least 3–5 years in multi-store management.
Mandatory experience in luxury jewellery retail.
Strong understanding of diamonds, fine jewellery, and luxury customer engagement.
Knowledge of Lab-Grown Diamonds will be an added advantage.
