The Role
At HUFT, our stores are a love letter to pets and the people who adore them. As a Visual Merchandiser, you'll be the person who makes that tangible — curating displays, creating in-store moments, and ensuring every HUFT store feels intentional, warm, and unmistakably us.
You'll work closely with our store, brand, and product teams — and your work will be seen by every pet parent who walks through our doors. If you care deeply about details, love retail, and happen to be a little obsessed with animals, you'll feel right at home.
Key Responsibilities
Execute the HUFT visual language :
Set up and maintain displays that reflect HUFT's brand identity across store zones — food, treats, toys, grooming, and wellness. Ensure every store feels consistent, regardless of size or city
Execute planograms and display frameworks:
Follow and adapt modular planograms for different store formats. Work within defined display logic while keeping setups neat, practical, and on-brand
Turn cluttered into curated :
Simplify and declutter product displays. Improve visibility, navigation, and in-store storytelling by creating clear, purposeful 'moments' across the floor.
Support seasonal campaigns and in-store experiences:
Help bring campaigns and seasonal themes to life in-store. Contribute to the small but powerful details that create delight and discovery for customers.
Collaborate cross-functionally :
Work closely with store, brand, and product teams to ensure displays align with product launches, promotions, and business priorities.

You're obsessed with details, product flow, and how spaces make people feel
You're hands-on — you don't just make mood boards, you fix shelves
You care about customer experience and understand how display drives discovery
What Will Set You Apart
Experience working across different store formats or layouts
Understanding of how customers navigate and interact with physical retail spaces
A portfolio showing before/after display transformations
A love for animals — this one genuinely matters to us
Qualifications & Skills /What You Need
1-4 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's/Master's degree in the relevant field
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Customer service focused
Animal Lover Preferred
