Role Overview :
Responsible for managing Trade-in operations across assigned stores, driving volumes and ensuring smooth execution of the complete trade-in process .

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the Trade-in team and ensure daily productivity.

* Drive store-wise and monthly trade-in targets and improve conversion.

* Ensure accurate device screening, QC, grading and pricing.

* Coordinate with Store Managers and sales teams to maximize trade-in opportunities.

* Monitor manpower deployment, attendance and performance.

* Track daily MIS, volumes, productivity and target achievement.

* Resolve operational issues and ensure timely closure of escalations.

* Ensure proper device tagging, documentation, inventory handover and reconciliation.

* Conduct regular team training and performance reviews.

* Ensure compliance with company SOPs and minimize errors/discrepancies.

Experience : 2–5 years in Trade-in, Retail Operations, Consumer Electronics or similar field.
Skills :
Team Handling, Target Management, Device Knowledge, QC, MIS & Excel, Store Operations and Communication.
