We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying new clients, generating leads, and developing strong client relationships within the Facility Management industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and calling.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to convert leads into business.
Track sales pipeline, maintain CRM records, and achieve assigned business targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in Business Development/Sales, preferably in Facility Management.
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong client relationship and follow-up skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings as required.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
