Our experienced sales staff and nutritionists work with producers to design feeding programs tailored to their operations.

Position Overview

Livestock Nutrition Center, a leading regional feed manufacturing company, is seeking motivated Production Laborers to join our team. The role involves operating and maintaining mill production equipment, managing inventory, and supporting overall mill efficiency. This is a full‑time position located in Oklahoma City, OK, with a salary range of $16.00–$19.00 per hour.

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Maintain a clean mill and surrounding grounds.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly routine preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Assist maintenance staff and contractors with repair and maintenance projects and fulfill Project Manager requests.
  • Maximize mill and crew efficiency.
  • Maintain inventory of macro and micro ingredients, ensuring ingredient quality meets LNC standards.
  • Safely and efficiently operate equipment following proper training.
  • Adhere to company safety practices and OSHA standards.
  • Perform any other operational processes and tasks deemed necessary by local management.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Ability to walk and stand for 10 hours per day.
  • Ability to repetitively lift 50 lbs.
  • Experience with forklift, skid steer, or front‑end loader preferred.
  • Ability to work in varying weather and environmental conditions, including exposure to dust, extreme heat, or cold.
  • Capability to perform general housekeeping duties.
  • Maintain a safe working environment.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Team‑oriented mindset.
  • Some weekends required during winter months.
  • Familiarity with FSMA standards related to feed production preferred.
