Maintenance, Groundskeeper

Position Summary

We are looking for a dependable Assistant Maintenance & Groundskeeper to support our Head Maintenance Manager and help keep our dealership facilities and outdoor areas clean, safe, and visually appealing. This role plays a key part in maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the property, ensuring a positive experience for customers and employees.

• Ability to sit, stand, bend, crouch, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Maintenance experience preferred
• Comfortable working in all outdoor weather conditions
• Familiarity with basic chemicals, tools, and equipment used in grounds keeping and maintenance

• Maintain clean and attractive outdoor grounds
• Pick up and remove trash from designated areas
• Transport used tires to recycling
• Water, fertilize, and maintain lawn areas
• Plant and care for trees, shrubs, and other landscaping
• Assist with repairs such as replacing doors, windows, drywall, carpet, filters, etc.
• Paint indoor and outdoor surfaces including doors, walls, poles, and curbs
• Move boxes, materials, or equipment as needed
• Remove damaged or unwanted trees, debris, or equipment
• Mow, edge, and weed-eat outdoor spaces
• Complete additional maintenance tasks as assigned by the Head Maintenance Manager
