About the Opportunity
A well-established and rapidly growing multinational logistics organization with a strong presence across India and the SAARC region is looking to hire a seasoned   Zonal Manager   to lead operations and drive business growth across the Upper North region.
This leadership role requires deep expertise in large fleet operations, transportation network management, and end-to-end supply chain execution.

Key Responsibilities
Drive business development and new client acquisition in the region
Lead and manage zonal logistics operations & field personnel
Monitor and optimize transportation networks and route planning
Own demand & supply planning to ensure timely delivery
Reduce transit time and improve overall TAT
Vendor development, onboarding & performance management
Monitor supplier performance, vendor rating & cost optimization
Implement and standardize logistics processes
Ensure compliance with multi-state transport regulations
Handle FTL, LTL & Express logistics operations
Candidate Profile
Graduate with  15–30 years of experience in Logistics & Transportation
Strong exposure to large fleet management / truck aggregation
Expertise in FTL, LTL & Express logistics management
Strong experience in route planning, pricing, customs & fleet maintenance
Proven experience handling zonal operations
Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills
Willingness to travel as required
