JOB SUMMARY:

Hog Slat, Inc., is currently in search of an Office Clerk to be located at our Guymon, Oklahoma location

• Complete accurate data entry and data processing within deadlines requiring a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Respond to requests for information and assist employees and external customers with inquiries.
• Complete periodic reports and submissions.
• Prepare documents and complete filing
• Act as HR Designee and assist with pre-employment hire process, including screening, new hire orientation.
• Answer phones; greet the public (including walk-in customers, applicants, vendors, etc.).

• Experience in an office administrator role
• Ability to speak effectively with vendors, customers or employees of organizations.
• Must have very strong data entry/typing/computer skills
• General PC familiarity required;
  Ability to use Outlook Email, Word and Excel in daily communication
• Previous experience in one or more administrative departments such as accounts receivable, payroll or human resources.
• Prior experience with process specific computing software.
