YOUR OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting Measurement Technician opportunity in our RNG department, headquartered from our Guymon, OK office. In this highly impactful role, you will be a key member of the RNG Maintenance team. The Measurement Technician will oversee all installing, calibrating, maintaining, and repairing various gas measurement and regulation systems, with a strong emphasis on SCADA integration, radio communications, and PLC connectivity between devices.
It requires technical proficiency, physical endurance, and the ability to work safely and effectively in diverse and occasionally hazardous field environments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install, calibrate, repair, and maintain a variety of gas measurement, regulation, and analytical equipment, including orifice, positive displacement, Coriolis, ultrasonic, and dry flow meters, as well as gas chromatographs, regulators, and relief valves.
- Conduct routine and emergency measurement, sampling, and regulation operations to ensure accuracy, reliability, and safety of gas facilities.
- Calibrate and maintain field test instrumentation, auxiliary equipment, and electronic flow computers.
- Support SCADA system integration, PLC connectivity, and radio communications between field devices and control systems.
- Complete and submit required documentation such as job orders, completion reports, equipment tests, DOT compliance reports, and sample reports.
- Perform or witness meter calibrations in accordance with contractual and regulatory obligations.
- Ensure compliance with corporate measurement standards and maintain effective communication with corporate measurement personnel.
- Provide technical and/or engineering assistance on existing and developing matters involving measurement, PLC, and analytical devices.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with installation, calibration, and maintenance of gas measurement equipment (orifice, Coriolis, ultrasonic, etc.).
- Working knowledge of gas regulation systems and electronic flow measurement.
- Familiarity with SCADA systems, radio communications, and basic PLC connectivity.
- Basic math skills including application of formulas for volume calculations and corrections.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, maps, gauges, and compliance reports.
- Physical ability to perform medium work, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in varying environmental conditions.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle safely.
- Willingness to travel and respond to emergency situations as needed.
PREFERRED
- Technical certification or training in instrumentation, automation, or industrial measurement systems.
- Prior experience with gas sampling procedures.
- Knowledge of applicable regulations and RNG/Gas operations.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting PLC or SCADA interface issues.
- Experience interacting with corporate measurement groups and supporting audits or inspections.
- OSHA or industry-recognized safety training certifications.
- Experience using software tools such as Test-It, flow computer software, or calibration reporting systems.
