We have an exciting Transportation Clerk opportunity that will provide day-to-day clerical assistance within the transportation department.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete daily data entry, and file paperwork.
• Audit pre and post-trip inspections and assist in ensuring DOT compliance with all applicable state and governmental laws.
• Generate daily/weekly reports with accuracy and submit to management.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance files for all vehicles.
• Do PO recs, and receive POs in JDE
• Assist with monthly tag renewals

WORK ENVIRONMENT

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

The work environment includes normal office environment as well as climate extremes found in all areas of operations. Incumbent may be required to travel to company owned sites or other locations as needed. The noise level in the work environment is usually very quiet. The noise level may sometimes be very loud when visiting other departments .
