Job Overview

Gastvrouw / Gastheer (front‑desk host) at Basic‑Fit club in Haarlem Vondelweg. Part‑time role, 26 hours per week.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 15:00 – 21:00. In addition, the club offers shifts from 08:30 – 15:00 or 15:00 – 21:00, and Saturday/Sunday 09:00 – 14:00.

• First point of contact for members, welcoming them with a genuine smile.
• Answer questions and provide information about club services.
• Assist new members with a club tour, give advice on memberships and help them register.
• Promote club products and services enthusiastically.
• Maintain a tidy and clean club environment, ensure no loose weights or cluttered locker rooms.
• Work independently but collaborate with teammates to achieve club standards.

• Friendly, service‑oriented, and energetic personality.
• Strong sense of responsibility for cleanliness and order.
• Affinity for sport and fitness.
• Availability to work irregular hours, evenings and weekends.
• Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changes or cover for nearby clubs.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and support others.
• Good communication skills and a helpful attitude.

• Gross hourly rate: €15.17 (age
  21+). Lower rates for younger employees: €11.81 (20), €9.11 (19), €7.59 (16‑18).
• 8% holiday allowance.

• Travel allowance: €0.25 per km for 1–35km commute.
