Spaarne Gasthuis zoekt een servicemedewerker telefonisch klantcontact voor 24 uur per week. Je behandelt eerstelijns telefoongesprekken, plant afspraken en verstrekt duidelijke informatie over onderzoeken en behandelingen.
Je werkt met systemen zoals Avaya, EPIC en Outlook en zorgt ervoor dat elke beller zich gehoord en geholpen voelt. Een mbo-opleiding en vloeiend Nederlands zijn vereist;
Engels is een pluspunt.
