Position: Strategic Growth CSM & Platform Advocate

Mobility Concept B.V. zoekt een Customer Success Manager die het volledige klanttraject beheert, van onboarding tot groei. Je beheert een portefeuille corporate klanten, bewaakt SLA's en zorgt voor optimale adoptie en waarde uit ons platform.

Je werkt data-gedreven, stuurt op KPI's en bent eindverantwoordelijk voor klanttevredenheid en retentie. Samenwerking met Product, Sales, Implementatie en Support is essentieel.
