IKEA Haarlem zoekt een Customer Relations medewerker die klanten bij de kassa, klantenservice en receptie helpt en een prettige winkelervaring garandeert. Je werkt 16, 24 of 28 uur per week, met afwisselende diensten en een vriendelijke, klantgerichte houding als kern.
Je werkt in een team waar iedereen elkaar ondersteunt en waar teamwork centraal staat. Je stemt je werkzaamheden af op de winkelbehoefte en zorgt voor een positieve beleving; je benut diverse contactmomenten om klanten te helpen
