Je zorgt voor de begeleiding van cliënten met diverse behoeften, stemt activiteiten af op hun ontwikkeling en werkt samen met collega's. Er is een jaarcontract met de intentie tot een vast dienstverband. Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een MBO-niveau 3 diploma in Zorg & Welzijn zijn vereist.
