SIGRA in Haarlem zoekt een assistent begeleider voor een betekenisvolle rol in een woonproject voor mensen met een verstandelijke beperking. In deze functie begeleid je cliënten op individueel en groepsniveau en zorg je voor hun welzijn en ontwikkeling.
Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om je werk vorm te geven, met een goed inwerktraject en mogelijkheden voor opleiding. De functie is voor 24-32 uur per week en salaris is conform de CAO Gehandicaptenzorg.
