Hartekampgroep zoekt een Begeleider Wonen voor onze locatie in Haarlem. Je werkt 20-24 uur per week en biedt begeleiding aan 12 cliënten met uiteenlopende zorgvragen, variërend van ADL tot begeleidende activiteiten.
De functie vereist een mbo-niveau 3 diploma Zorg & Welzijn, samenwerking met collega’s en flexible inzetbaarheid in avond-, ochtend-, weekend- en feestdagenchema. Een warm welkom en een inwerkprogramma staan klaar.
