Zorgbalans zoekt een Leefondersteuner voor Prettig Thuis in de regio IJmuiden/Haarlem/Heemstede. Je start zonder zorgdiploma en volgt interne scholingen met intensieve begeleiding op de werkvloer. De functie is 20–24 uur en biedt groeimogelijkheden binnen de organisatie.
Je begeleidt cliënten bij dagelijkse activiteiten, stimuleert zelfredzaamheid en draagt zorg voor een veilige leefomgeving. Contract 7 maanden met CAO VVT, met vakantietoeslag en eindejaarsuitkering.
