Zorgbalans zoekt een Specialist Ouderengeneeskunde voor revalidatie op de GRZ-locaties in Haarlem en IJmuiden. Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor medische zorg bij cliënten die revalideren na ziekenhuisopname en stuurt een multidisciplinair team aan binnen een duo-leiderschap met de locatiemanager.
Je levert medisch leiderschap, ontwikkelt behandelplannen en bewaakt voortgang van revalidatieprogramma's, met oog voor welzijn en functionele verbetering. Een 32 tot 36-urige werkweek is mogelijk.
