Hartekampgroep zoekt op de Richard Holkade in Haarlem een gedragsdeskundige voor 28-36 uur per week. Je bent de inhoudelijke expert binnen eight woningen van EMB tot LVB en coacht teams bij complexe vraagstukken in wonen en dagbesteding.
Je hebt een universitaire opleiding Orthopedagogiek of Psychologie met diagnostiek als basisaantekening en beschikt over sterke proces- en samenwerkingsvaardigheden. Een zelfstandige, collegiale aanpak met vakgroepsondersteuning wordt geboden.
