Stichting Sint Jacob zoekt Verzorgende IG voor 16-24 uur per week bij de Jacob Kliniek, een revalidatiekliniek in Haarlem. Je levert dagelijkse zorg en revalidatie, signaleert veranderingen en coördineert zorg in multidisciplinair overleg.
Je werkt nauw samen met het team en behandelaars, bent betrokken bij MDO’s en artsenvisite en draagt bij aan het revalidatietraject. Diploma Verzorgende IG niveau 3 en affiniteit met ouderenzorg/revalidatie zijn vereist.
