NEOMAX in Haarlem zoekt een Skilled Helpdeskmedewerker om het IT-team te ondersteunen bij het oplossen van problemen met computers en mobiele devices. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's en hebt een enthousiaste houding ten opzichte van complexe vraagstukken.
Van de kandidaat wordt minimaal een MBO 3 opleiding en 5 jaar ervaring als Helpdesk Medewerker of in een soortgelijke functie verwacht. Daarnaast moet je goed kunnen communiceren en in het bezit zijn van ITIL 4 of bepaalde Microsoft certificaten.
