Tijdens de dienst ben je het aanspreekpunt, begeleid en coach medewerkers, en bewaak je de kwaliteit van het schoonmaakwerk. Je denkt mee over verbeteringen en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken en schoonmaakprotocollen goed worden nageleefd. Ervaring in de professionele schoonmaak is een pré.
