In this role, you’ll report directly to both the Head of Marketing and the Head of Rev Ops, giving you a unique dual perspective across two strategically important functions.
How You'll Make an ImpactYou’ll help AIMMS run a smarter, more data-driven marketing and sales funnel by improving how we track, optimize, and automate our workflows.
You will:- Support marketing and Rev Ops initiatives with a data-driven mindset.
- Help build, optimize, and automate processes across our marketing and sales funnel.
- Work with tools and platforms across CRM, marketing automation, and analytics.
- Explore and apply AI to make workflows more efficient and scalable.
- Contribute your own ideas — we genuinely want to hear them.
You’ll excel in this role if you are:
- Currently studying Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
- Comfortable working with data, and not afraid of a spreadsheet or dashboard.
- Tech-savvy — you pick up new tools quickly and enjoy figuring things out.
- Interested in AI and how it is reshaping marketing and sales.
- Proactive and flexible — you take initiative and don’t wait to be told what to do.
- An analytical thinker with a creative streak.
