Zorgbalans is op zoek naar een Verzorgende IG voor de teams van Prettig Thuis in Haarlem. Je helpt cliënten bij hun dagelijkse zorg en draagt bij aan hun welzijn door ondersteuning te bieden bij persoonlijke verzorging en huishoudelijke taken.
Met jouw ervaring en betrokkenheid zorg je ervoor dat cliënten zo zelfstandig mogelijk kunnen blijven wonen. Je bent een teamplayer die goed kan samenwerken met collega's en cliëntcoaches om de zorg op elkaar af te stemmen.
